Welcome to the website for the Ryde Panthers Football Club (formerly known as Ryde District Soccer Club). Our Club participates in the Gladesville-Hornsby Football Association competition for mixed soccer and in the North West Sydney Women's Football competition for women.

AGM and Presentation Day Sunday 28/9/08 

The Ryde Panthers AGM and Presentation Day has been confirmed for Sunday 28/9/08.

 

Annual General Meeting on Sunday 28/9/08 

The AGM will be held on Sunday 28/9/08 from 10.00am to 11.00am ELS Hall, prior to Junior Presenation Day. All welcome. 

Presentation Day Sunday 28/9/08 - Mini and Juniors 

The Mini and Junior Teams Presentation Day is Sunday 28/9/08.

Session 1 - U6, 7, 8 and 9 teams receiving their trophies at 11.00am.

Session 2 - U10, 11, 12, 14 and 16 from 12.00 midday.

The presentation will be followed at 1.00pm with a free sausage sizzle, jumping castle and games.

Senior Teams Presentation Dinner Saturday 27/9/08 

The Senior Teams Presenation Dinner will be held on Saturday 27/9/08 at Denistone East Bowling Club.

We encourage Junior Team parents to organize a table and enjoy the night. The cost is $35 per head if paid by 31 August, $40 after that.

50 Year Celebration 

It has come to our attention that 2008 is not the 50th anniversary of Ryde Panthers Football Club (formerly known as Ryde District Soccer Club). Information from past players confirms the first season was actually 1960. Therefore the celebrations have been postponed until the end of the 2009 season. At which time we will be holding a celebration dinner in honour of this huge event.

We are still keen to hear from past players and people associated with the club. Call Peter on 0418 403 506.

So keep in mind September 2009 for our celebration dinner plus lots more.

 

Remember - There is no fundraising or canteen duty when you play with the Panthers!
